Teigh Gilson is an Agape Licensed Spiritual Therapist and Practitioner. She offers one-on-one counseling for all life matters. She also leads meditation, life visioning, affirmative prayer and reiki healing throughout Seattle and online.
Teigh is a certified spiritual practitioner and counselor trained through the Agape Spiritual Center where she studied under Michael Bernard Beckwith. For over two decades, she has been leading meditation, life visioning, and affirmative prayer sessions. Teigh is licensed to provide counseling for various life issues based on spiritual principles.
She was a co-founder of internationally acclaimed SWERVE Studio in Los Angeles and created the innovative and wildly popular Yoga Booty Ballet program, which combined spirituality, meditation, and fitness. Yoga Booty Ballet is available online via Beach Body.
